drop-off if needed but, with full decorating we will guide you through each phase of the decorating process.

We will meet with you and discuss the details of your upcoming
event.You will get the opportunity to look through our portfolio, letters of appreciation, and our idea booklets to come up
with ideas for your event. During this time we will get all the significant details of your event. We will also take note
of any designs that might interest you.
If you decide that you would like us to help with the decorating
for your event; a Proposal Request will be signed along with a Proposal Fee. This will start the creative process
going. This Request not only Holds the Date and Time for only you. This non-refundable fee will also give you
a variety of different decorating options and floorplans to choose from. After complete implementation of the
final proposal, this non-refundable fee will be credited to the final balance.
After the initial interview, Festive Effects will take the customers information
and brainstorm other ideas to go in different floor plans. This sometimes means going to the site to get a accurate picture
of the size and decor of the room.
Different floor plans will be made with different decorations. These floor plans will
be fully decorated and may exceed the actual budget. It will be up to you to pick and choose from these floor plans to come
up with your final design.
Once the final decorations have been decided; a contract will be written.
At the time of signature; one half of the total amount will be due to help cover the cost of supplies and overhead for your
event. Final payment is due on or before the event date.
Of course, all of this is possible with time. The more time we have to plan, gives
us more time to help you make cost effective decisions and give you the best possible service. The closer we get to the date
of the event, moderation's to our procedures will be made.
How do we price our work?
Each item is priced individually. This cost for theses items covers both
materials and labor.
For Drop Off Delivery, a Delivery fee may apply.
For Full Decorating, all items are a`la
carte, you pick and choose from the different ideas and floorplans to fit your taste and budget.
There is a Delivery/Set-up Fee. This fee covers the
cost to load, transport, and set-up for your event (There is no Delivery fee for Warrenton, The Plains, Marshall,
and Orlean but, set-up may still apply).
Finally, you may opt for a Strike Fee.
This fee covers the cost to return to the event and clean up our decorations.
